3. Terms of Service
Scope of Services:
Visioneight provides creative services including photo, video, and content production for commercial use. Project scopes and timelines are defined upon agreement.
Payments:
Payments are due as agreed. Larger projects may require a 50% deposit upfront. Final delivery follows full payment.
Ownership:
Content rights are transferred after full payment. Until then, Visioneight retains ownership. We may showcase finished work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Revisions:
1 free revision round is included. Additional changes may be charged.
Cancellation:
Projects can be canceled anytime in writing. Completed work will be billed proportionally. Deposits are non-refundable.
